ARF Application to Surrender a Dog

Thanks for asking about surrendering your pet. Because we are a small foster network, we base our limited intake decisions on foster parent preference and availability, adoptability of your pet, and the safety and health of our foster parents and their children and animals.

Your truthful answer to the following questions will protect you, your pet, our foster parents, and any potential adopters. Completing and submitting this application does not guarantee that ARF can/will accept your animal.

Multi-line address
Dog's Sex
Has the dog been spayed or neutered?
Is the dog up to date on their rabies vaccination?
Has your pet ever bitten another animal or person (not including puppy teething/ chewing)?

Our acceptance of your pet into foster care may be contingent on a meeting and/or evaluation by our trainer.

We know rehoming pets is difficult right now. While we can't promise a foster placement, we are happy to offer courtesy listings on our website for spayed or neutered pets without a bite history.

Please protect yourself and others. We strongly suggest human euthanasia with a veterinarian for pets that pose any kind of danger to people or pets.
